At Tiny Earth Tribe, we want every little adventure to be a happy one! We hope you and your little ones fall in love with your new goodies as much as we loved bringing them to life.
Here’s everything you need to know if something isn’t quite right.
Clothing Exchanges
Got the wrong size? No worries, we’ve got you!
We’re happy to offer exchanges on eligible clothing items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
To qualify, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed and unused.

In their original condition, with tags attached where applicable.

Free from stains, damage or alterations.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, so we can’t promise that every size, colour or print will be available.
Simply email us at info@tinyearthtribe.co.za with your order number, and we’ll help you with the next steps.
A little note about courier costs: For clothing exchanges, the customer is responsible for the courier cost of sending the original item back to us and the delivery cost of the replacement item, where permitted by law.
Books & Toys
We hope our books inspire magical little minds and our toys spark hours of imaginative play!
Because these products are carefully packed and prepared for your little ones, we don’t offer exchanges on books or toys.
Please take a moment to check product descriptions and age recommendations before placing your order.
If a book or toy arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, please get in touch so we can help.
Our Refund Policy
We put so much love into every Tiny Earth Tribe product, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Due to each item being specially made, we don’t offer refunds unless the item you have purchased is defective or faulty. We do however allow exchanges.
Something Not Quite Right?
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you discover a product defect, please email info@tinyearthtribe.co.za with:

A little description of what happened.

Photos of the item and packaging, where relevant.
Our team will look into it and guide you through the next steps.
Please keep the item and its packaging until we’ve had a chance to assist.
How to Arrange a Clothing Exchange

Email us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.

Wait for our friendly team to send you the return instructions.

Arrange and pay for the return courier and the delivery of your replacement item, where applicable.

Once your item has arrived and been checked, we’ll confirm your exchange, subject to availability.
